5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary by booking type. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule where possible, but repeated date changes, late cancellations, venue changes, or non-attendance may result in fees or loss of any deposit already paid.

6. Creative Approach

Photography is a creative service. Final image selection, editing style, framing, retouching approach, and overall artistic direction remain part of the photographer’s professional judgment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes may vary based on season, workload, event size, and agreed scope. Any stated turnaround estimates are provided in good faith and may shift if additional editing, client delays, or unexpected production issues arise.

8. Image Usage and Copyright

Unless explicitly transferred in writing, copyright in all images remains with the photographer. Clients may receive personal-use or commercial-use permissions according to the agreed package or quote. Commercial reproduction, resale, editing, filters, or third-party use may require written permission.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information, timely communication, location access where relevant, and any permissions required for private venues, public events, or commercial usage. Delays caused by missing access or missing approvals may affect coverage and delivery.

10. Liability

Reasonable care is taken in capture, storage, and delivery of images. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service except where law provides otherwise. The photographer is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, illness, travel issues, or technical failures that could not reasonably be prevented.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on this website applies to general website use. Booking-specific terms may also be confirmed in quotes, invoices, proposals, or contracts.
